EUROPEAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the returned product(s) are unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Returned products must be unworn, with all labels and tags still attached, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase from unsquashable.eu. For the avoidance of doubt, all returned rackets must have the cellophane cover intact on the grip for us to process and accept the return.

Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide proof of return. UNSQUASHABLE cannot accept liability for any items that are lost, damaged or undelivered during return transit.

We recommend returning all goods using a trackable delivery service.

A member of our Sales Team will contact you within three working days of receiving your returned product(s) to confirm what action will be taken.

Return shipping costs will only be refunded if our Sales Team deems the product faulty due to a manufacturing error.

If we agree to refund the cost of return shipping, you must provide a valid postage receipt. Any reimbursement will be limited to the cost of the original outbound shipping charged on your order.

All returned products, including faulty items, must be returned to the address below for inspection.
