UNSQUASHABLE SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We ship to all EU countries, as well as Norway and Switzerland. For EU orders, enjoy free shipping on purchases of €99 or more; orders under €99 incur a flat fee of €9,95. For Norway and Switzerland, a fixed shipping rate of €24,95 applies.
Delivery times vary by region: orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany arrive within 1-3 business days, while shipments to all other EU countries (including Norway and Switzerland) take 3-7 business days. We strive to dispatch your order within 24 hours so you receive your items as quickly as possible.
What can I do if I haven’t received my parcel?
We’re sorry you're still waiting for your order. No one likes waiting longer than they have to for new squash gear. You can get in touch with our customer support team through the Contact Us form on our website, and they'll investigate the details of your order's whereabouts.
Deliveries:
Orders placed Monday to Friday before midday (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
We do our best to ensure that you receive all items on time, however UNSQUASHABLE cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed caused by couriers.
Deliveries vary depending on european country with all order being dispatch from our European warehouse and tracking numbers can be provide upon email request.
unsquashable.eu currently dispatch to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.

Returns:
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of you receiving your order, conditional upon the returned product(s) being in a re-sellable condition. Returned products should be unworn, with all labels and tags still attached and should be accompanied with the proof of purchase from www.unsquashable.com.
For the avoidance of doubt, all returned rackets must have the cellophane cover on the grip in order for us to process/accept the return.
Please email sales@unsquashable.com with details of your return in order that we can provide you with a Returns Form and details of how to return your parcel back to us.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. We will contact you within three working days of receiving your returned product(s) to confirm what action will be taken.
All returned products, including faulty products, need to be returned to the address below for inspection.
